At Hawkeye Vintage, we strive to ensure your luxury finds meet your expectations; however, due to the unique nature of pre-owned designer items, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. All items must remain in their original condition with all security tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and document any concerns.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item back in its original Hawkeye Vintage packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards, dust bags, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Ship the parcel back to our warehouse using a trackable service; we recommend purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Credit

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity tags, a store credit will be issued to your account minus the original shipping costs.
